We’ve had a property management relationship with Tim since 2013. We sold our primary home 9/2026 and couldn’t have been happier with the process. Tim is a true professional. From listing to closing, everything went smooth and our proceeds exceeded expectations. “

I want to share my customer service experience with Laura Cedillo and Hendricks Real Estate. They recently took over management of the Grove in Lockhart, Tx and have displayed a high level of professionalism, politeness and empathy when assisting me with any issues or questions that have arisen. In todays world of automation and technology it has been extremely refreshing to be taken care of by REAL people with REAL responses...from paying my rent, to inquiries of their policies and procedures, to maintenance work orders or any other concerns I may have had, Laura and HRE have gone above and beyond to make me feel like my needs and my customer satisfaction are of great importance to their company. Thank you again for taking care of me and for exceeding the normal standards of customer service. Great job, keep up the good work!!!

Property Management is a challenging business. We've been through 3 iterations and I think we might have finally landed on a company that is functional, attentive and efficient. We have an old house essentially divided into 3 so not the easiest of properties but luckily for us, Hendricks Real Estate put Kirsty Roberts on the task. She's had to deal with a number of challenging situations - as you can imagine - and yet puts up with our requests with equanimity and efficiency. If you're pulling your hair out as the problems mount, you might want to try Hendricks. Ask for Kirsty.

Hendricks Real Estate is a great management company to work with. I’ve been a tenant of one of their properties for 2 years. Beverly is so easy to work with. Very responsive to any issues. I feel just as important as the owner of the property. I would recommend Beverly to anyone!

Tim and his staff are simply the best! Tim's in-depth knowledge of the Austin Metro real estate market is second to none. He is our trusted advisor whose counsel is direct and accurate. His property management staff are also excellent and manage properties very well. They know tenant needs, manage the properties very well and provide good advise for landlords. We've used other companies for our real estate investment needs in the past, but nothing compares to Hendricks Real Estate!
