Never attempt a repair that could put your safety at risk.
How Our Maintenance Process Works
1. Submit Your Request
Use your online Resident Portal to submit a maintenance request. Please provide a detailed description of the problem and include photos or videos whenever possible. The more information we have, the faster we can determine the best solution.
2. We Review the Issue
Our maintenance team reviews your request, determines the appropriate next steps, and prioritizes repairs based on urgency. Some issues may require additional troubleshooting, while others will be assigned directly to a qualified maintenance professional.
3. Scheduling & Repairs
Once the repair is assigned, our team or an approved vendor will coordinate access to your home. Some repairs can be completed in a single visit, while others may require specialized parts, additional work, or owner approval.
4. Follow-Up & Completion
We work to ensure the issue is resolved and the maintenance request is properly documented. If something still isn't working as expected after the repair, please let us know.
Emergency Maintenance
Some problems simply can't wait. Issues that pose an immediate threat to safety or could cause significant property damage should be reported immediately using our emergency maintenance process.
For life-threatening emergencies, call 911.
