Earlier this week, I spent the day with our property management team visiting all of our lease listings that have been on the market for more than 21 days.
As the broker/owner, I think it’s important to stay directly involved in the field — not just reviewing reports, but actually walking properties and seeing them the same way prospective tenants do. These tours give us a much clearer picture of what’s working and what isn’t when it comes to pricing, condition, and overall marketability.

Small adjustments can make a big difference in reducing vacancy time, and these in-person reviews help us stay proactive for our clients. It’s also a great opportunity for the team to compare notes, align on expectations, and stay connected outside of the day-to-day office work.
On a lighter note, I also tried out Turo for the first time and took on the role of minibus driver for the day — always something new!
