Yesterday we hosted our latest Austin NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) meeting, where we had Pablo Gonzalez speak on the impact of AI in property management.
As a board member this year, I’ve been helping coordinate speakers for our bi-monthly meetings, and this was a great one. Pablo shared practical insights on how AI is already changing how property managers handle communication, leasing, and operations — and where the industry is headed next.
