Tim Hendricks has been a real estate investor in Austin, TX, since his sophmore year at The University of Texas at Austin. He purchased his first home at age 20. Unfortunately, his corporate job moved him away from Austin. He gained exposure to a variety of real estate markets and experience during multiple cross-country moves. Tim added to his knowledge of all things home related when he purchased and renovated a 1923 row house in Virginia, completing the majority of work himself. He returned to Austin, TX, and started a small business.
